The 4th China Wind Power Post-market Symposium was Held in Yinchuan

From May 25th to 26th, 2017, the 4th China Wind Power Post-market Symposium kicked off in Yinchuan, Ningxia, which is known for the scenery as beautiful as Jiangnan. On the day of opening ceremony, the blue sky and white clouds set off each other. Looking at Helan Mountain, the profusion of green is stretching, which was incredibly beautiful. The fresh air and the pleasing scenery made every participant spirited and energetic.
The conference was hosted by the Wind Machinery Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association. There were over 200 companies and 500 participants attended the conference.
On the morning of the 25th, under the auspices of the deputy secretary general Lv Qingyuan of the Agricultural Machinery Association, many leaders and guests sent the welcome address and delivered speeches on the concept of “regularizing norms, building consensus, and healthy development”. The meeting pointed out that in the implementation of the "13th Five-Year Plan”, the wind power industry faces a number of problems. The hot spot, for example, how to standardize the healthy development of the industrial chain, the trend of wind power operation, intelligent operation and maintenance, large parts storage and other topics raised everyone’s interest. Leading enterprises and industry representatives have analyzed these topics from different perspectives, and discussed with each other in order to seek common consensus on the development.

The two dialogues holding in the afternoon also won the recognition of everyone. The dialogue one was on the theme of “regularizing the industry standards and promoting healthy development of the post-market”, the representatives of the enterprises discussed enthusiastically, which led to the argument of “the third-party service lacks leading enterprises” and “reducing costs while ensuring quality”. The host gave the floor to Xu Fengfei, Envision’s energy solution director, who argues that “Envision has no service team but relies on third parties”. Mr. Xu said that to reduce costs and to ensure the quality is contradictory. The best solution should be evaluated on the needs of the proprietors, as well as inspecting the local environment. Meanwhile, making the performance transparent to the public, and standing on the proprieties’ shoes to assess third-party service agencies. Also, companys should support internal entrepreneurship, for those who leave the company can have better understanding on the needs of the company and serve the company. When the loss is lower than the expected loss, company can give the benefit to the third party, which not only promotes the enthusiasm and responsibility of the third party, but also solidifies the win-win situation. Xu’s speech won a round of applause from the audience, and it also lighted the hope for those companies which are “crossing the river by feeling the stone”.

In dialogue two, representatives of various enterprises jointly discussed the characteristics and needs of the wind power post-market in the northwest region, and shared their valuable opinions and suggestions such as “supporting nationalization”, “promoting the common development of domestic and imported brands”, “establishing regional service station that can serve the customers quickly”. There is no company can succeed forever, but those who develop forever can succeed.

The conference of post-market was very exciting. On the 26th, the conference set up the sub-meeting venues according to different hot spots in the industry chain, and set the forums and theme salons on “maintenance management and safety management of wind farm operation” and “operation and maintenance of transmission system” that everyone was free to choose what they care about to participate. By discussing the pertinence of working-over-time, it not only promotes the technical exchanges, but also makes the industry to think big, which can improve the industrial chain.
