Primanex's MO-EVOA is to realize variable attenuation functionality by means of changing electrical voltage, and is based on Primanex's prestigious magneto-optics technology. The variable attenuation is implemented by the use of Faraday rotation effect. MO-EVOA is widely used in high-demanding applications that require tuning speed and lifetime, including VMUX, instrumentation and defense etc. In order to accommodate specific customer requirements, Primanex offers manual VOA also of which attenuation can be manually adjusted by precision actuator.
